Where can I get more information about a product?
Under every product listing is a short description of the style, details, care instructions, and size measurements for your reference. If you'd like to know more about any specific products, feel free to reach us at timenagain@timenagain.store.

What is the best way to care for my apparel?
Under every product listing, there is a "care" section for specific wash and care instructions. Details are also available on the inner label of your Time n again apparel for easy reference.

How do you measure the items?
All measurements are taken with the garment laying flat.

 

RETURNS N EXCHANGE FAQ

What is your return and exchange policy?

All items undergo stringent quality control checks for defects to ensure buyer's satisfaction before shipment. We do not accept refunds, only exchanges. In any case, you would have to bear the cost of postage for returns via our courier Ninja Van.

Returned items for exchanges must be received in their new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original tags and labels, and free of any stains or scents. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be eligible for exchanges and forfeited with a $5.30 handling fee per return. 

Products must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the availability of colours and sizes. If it's beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to do an exchange for you. Exchanges are not acceptable on all sale items and personalised products (including caps). Items can be exchanged once, and the exchange is final. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on other items. Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference.

We reserve the right to reject item/s that do not fulfil the conditions above.

How can I exchange items i have purchased?
We make returns as easy as possible. Drop us an email first at timenagain@timenagain.store to notify us of your exchange. We will follow up with you with more instructions.

How do i return a defective or faulty item?

We're so sorry to hear that! Do drop us an email straight away, with details and photographs, for us to rectify the issue soonest possible. Make sure to check your items when you receive them, this should be performed within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

DELIVERY FAQ

Can I schedule the time for my delivery?
We are sorry we don’t have this option currently.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If you have missed your delivery, you will receive a notification via email or mobile number from our courier. The driver will have to mark the delivery as unsuccessful and a re-attempt will be done on the next working day.

All orders are entitled to 3 delivery attempts in total (i.e. First attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, delivery fee is chargeable for the fourth courier delivery onwards.

How can I track the delivery of my parcel?
For all deliveries, we got you covered with traceable parcel shipment to ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Once your order has been processed & fulfilled, you will receive an email with your own tracking link that includes your parcel tracking information.

Just click onto your personalised link to get real-time status updates on your parcel's whereabouts. 

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
We can edit your address if your parcel has not been delivered yet. Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, we are not able to make any changes to the address.

What do I do if I did not receive my order after the stated delivery window?
Please write to
timenagain@timenagain.store if you suspect that your order is lost.

You may pay using Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple pay, Google Pay.
