Delivery

We currently offer shipping within Singapore and in selected countries.

Orders within Singapore

Singapore Orders are processed up to 2 business days to be ready for delivery after purchase confirmation. Your order will be delivered within 1 – 3 business days after handing it over to the courier. 

For all deliveries, we got you covered with traceable parcel shipment to ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, provided you have given your email address, you will receive an email with your own tracking link that includes your parcel tracking information. Just click onto your personalised link to get real-time status updates on your parcel whereabouts. We try our best to retrieve any lost parcel, but we are not liable for 3rd party damages or losses.

Orders placed internationally

Once your purchase is confirmed, international orders are processed within up to 2 business days to prepare them for shipment. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, the courier will contact you directly with tracking details. You’ll be able to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
